Please contact us to get the client information form and confirm availability in the schedule. Fax the client information form to 818.301.7491 as soon as possible in order to ensure your place in the calligraphy schedule. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the form.

Upon confirmation of availability, email your address list. Once you email your address list, I will submit an invoice via email. You can pay using all major credit cards. I also accept Paypal, personal checks, international money orders and cash.

Send your envelopes being sure to reference your name on the package. Please be sure to include 10-15% additional envelopes with your order. When completed the envelopes will be shipped to your attention at the address provided on the calligraphy information sheet. You are more than welcome to pick up the envelopes from the office of Laura Hooper's Calligraphy, located at 9645 Sylvia Avenue, Northridge, CA 91324.

Review your order within 48 hours of receiving it to ensure that there are no corrections to be made.  Please email a complete list of corrections including the name and addresses of the guest to Laura Hooper's Calligraphy within 48 hours of receiving the order, specifying which errors were on account of the calligrapher. Later additions or corrections on account of client error will be billed directly to the client online via Paypal. I always keep several sets of extra materials after the order is completed.

Review your envelopes within 48 hours of receiving them. Please email us the complete addresses and reasons for error of any discrepancies. Please remember: All work is done by hand. There may be slight variations in color, size, style, spacing, and margins throughout the order. Ink colors may vary and may not match the printed script exactly. Laura Hooper's Calligraphy will attempt to correct all problems without using additional envelopes.
